A transformative summer camp experience was held from June 26-29, where youth from Grace Avenue Bible Church, Living Stones, and House of the Gospel gathered for a weekend of fellowship, worship, and fun in the beautiful surroundings of Rollins Lake.
The camp was centered around a powerful sermon series titled “Faith. Freedom. Future,” led by former Grace Avenue Bible Church pastor Gary Ball, who joined the youth along with his wife. Through engaging teachings derived from Romans chapters 5-8, Pastor Ball guided attendees in exploring the depth of faith and the promise of freedom in Christ, encouraging them to envision a hopeful future grounded in faith.
Participants enjoyed a variety of activities that complemented the spiritual focus of the weekend. With delicious meals, lively music, competitive sports, and fun board games, there was never a dull moment. Perhaps the highlight of the camp was the opportunity to swim in the lake, allowing participants to connect with God’s creation in a refreshing way.
The event was a resounding success, bringing together the community of youth and leaders in a shared mission of faith and growth. Gratitude was expressed to all the youth, leaders, and pastors who contributed to making this event possible.
As the camp concluded, all glory was given to God for the bonds formed, the lessons learned, and the memories created, promising a future filled with faith and purpose.
