Goals of the Ministry
Education ministry as a whole, as well as Blagovest Institute of Ministry (BIM) have the following goals for their ministry:
- To provide a well-rounded biblically theological training for ministers of Slavic churches in America
- To improve the level of education and spiritual maturity of ministers in different areas of church ministry with the purpose of being adequate in church ministry, and the life of the church in light of the opportunities and challenges of modern times
- To raise the level of theological knowledge, and to affirm proper doctrines of students in order to preserve the purity of Evangelical teaching in intercultural society
Three Levels of Theological Training
Blagovest Institute of Ministry has three levels of theological training for students:
Education Ministry also offers special seminars in training preachers, Sunday school and Children ministry teachers, as well as leaders of small groups, and short-term missionaries for the kids’ camps.
