From the time of moving to a new building, with God’s help, we made minor repairs of a rental building where we meet for church service, but the building is now too small for us. We renovated the kitchen and were able to celebrate the anniversary of the church with a dinner and evangelistic service.
We also held four youth conferences, evangelism by the waterfront, had baby dedications, and organized a family camp. Five people were baptized, and four other people repented and are currently being prepared for baptism. We held a wonderful time of celebrating Easter, Mother's Day, the wedding of Waldo and Diana, three evangelistic services, and made large dinners for refugees for 110 people. Every Sunday after the church service, we also make dinners for Ukrainian refugees and everyone who is in need. There were three field trips (for members and unbelievers), a trip to France for a seminar with the youth, three family evenings, three feasts of love and an Open Heart seminar. Thank God for everything!
There is a great prayer need. Spain is the second poorest country in the European Union. Seventy percent of the people in our church are refugees from Ukraine. On our own, we cannot fully support our newly formed church, pay rent of a building that has already become too small for ministry, and do additional projects: helping refugees, provide meals for them, and have language courses. It is also necessary to install the second restroom in the church and other projects that need to get done. The work situation is also problematic in the city. Many people just try to survive there, especially in the winter. Please pray! If anyone can provide financial support, please help us!
In order to earn a living for my wife and I, and to help the church survive financially, I have to constantly go to England for work, and have to leave the church for 2-3 months at a time. I am busy at church 7 days a week. And on top of that, my wife and I are seeking additional work to make a living.
The Church and I personally really need your prayers and help!
