Vasile Filat who is the regional director of Eurasia Precept Ministry, along with his helpers taught a few sections online with the theme of “How can a Christian use digital technology”. The last session of the seminar was dedicated to the issue of pathological dependence upon technology and biblical methods of breaking free from it.

Using the inductive method of studying the Bible, the author covers many advantages of technology and the necessity to use it in church service. However, he also warns of the dependence upon it and how people lose control and disciplines in the word of God.
Realizing what great danger the modern technology poses for children who are allowed to use it with no control, Vasile also developed material that can be used to teach Bible lessons on this topic with the children. At the present, the manual is being translated into Russian and English.
