There was a meeting of the chairmen of the Ukrainian and Slavic associations of the U.S., and the organizers of the Missionary Congress of 2021. Did you notice the change of the year: instead of “2020”, there is a new number “2021”? This is due to the limitations to gatherings of large events in California being extended to “indefinite times”, and because of that, the following decision was reached.
- The previously planned date of the congress (September 25-27, 2020) is to be moved to the spring of next year. The exact date and the location of the congress will be announced in the fall of this year.
For those who have already registered and paid for their reservation at the congress, there are three options available in regard to your registration:
- The registration is to be applied to Fall 2021 so that you will be able to be a part of the congress.
- Get a refund of your registration (according to your request)
- Donate your registration cost to the preparations fund for this congress (in case that it will be impossible for you to attend in the fall of 2021)
Although due to the circumstances that we have no control over, we are compelled to reschedule the congress for another date. Everything else will be left unchanged: the program, the speakers, the seminars, as well as the participants from around the world. The congress organizers affirmed their strong desire to continue the preparations for the congress realizing an even greater need for having it in light of the current events that the whole world is experiencing at the present time. Registration for the congress will be renewed as soon as new dates for the congress are determined.
