On July 3, 2021, the City of Rancho Cordova hosted an Independence Day parade. Various organizations take part in this parade, and for the second year now, the New Hope Church is also one of those participants. This year, however, the youth from Sperance Church, Cornerstone Church, and Affiliation of First Slavic Church were also able to join them.
This parade was a great opportunity for evangelism. On this day, the churches came together and wore the shirts which said: «One nation under God. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord”. In addition, they also prepared a mobile stage which carried the musicians who were praising the Lord. While passing the Coloma Road, the participants sang Christian hymns, distributed New Testaments, and pens with the church address. There were distributed more than 200 New Testaments.
This parade presented a wonderful opportunity for evangelism. We will continue to pray for the people who heard the Gospel.
