People from the whole neighborhood were invited to the "Block Party", a public event that took place on Saturday, July 2 at the New Hope church in Rancho Cordova. At this celebration, the guests were able to listen to Christian music, eat delicious food, participate in competitions and, most importantly, hear the Word of God. It was fun and entertaining.
The event was attended by about 300 people, including children, for whom the church prepared a variety of entertainment: ranging from crafts and games to painted faces and delicious cotton candy. It turned out that the evening became a real blessing, and the church members kept hearing many kind words of gratitude from the guests.
The evangelization of the New Hope church did not end there. A couple of days later, on July 4, the church took part in a parade in honor of the Independence Day of the United States. The parade happened in Rancho Cordova. About 130 church members, youth and children were included in the church team. Everyone went behind a decorated mobile platform, from which live Christian music was played. During the parade, more than 350 Bibles and Gospel tracts were distributed, along with an invitation to the church.
Thank God for this opportunity!
