Women ministry department of PCSBA is offering an opportunity for women in all churches to work together, especially in the direction of preparation for marriage according to God’s design.
Currently, 2nd Slavic Baptist church regularly hosts specialized courses for future wives, titled “Institute for Blessed Brides”, where older women “teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed” (Titus 2:4-5). In these sessions, a young woman can learn how to manage her household and finances, how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals, etc.
Our aim is that every church will eventually be able to organize a similar series of training in their own congregation. We encourage you to spread and support this vision by inviting diligent and dedicated leading ladies of your church to attend this training on Feb 4, 207 at the office of “Our days” (639 Welland Way, West Sacramento, CA 95605-Computer’s class) from 10 AM to 2 PM.
